What we mean by stakeholder sign-off role-play
Some participants expect theatrical skits. Instead, we run tight fifteen-minute rotations where one person presents a configuration choice, another challenges assumptions using a provided checklist, and a third records decisions in the format external reviewers prefer.
The goal is shared vocabulary, not performance awards. We grade on clarity and listening, not charisma.
If your team already runs formal CAB meetings, you may find the exercise familiar. Tell your mentor; we can swap in a more technical variant.
We keep scenarios grounded in Korean subsidiary realities without inventing melodramatic vendor conflicts.
