What is not included in tuition?
Official SAP exam vouchers, personal SAP licenses, travel, and third-party software are excluded unless explicitly stated on a signed quote. Meals during optional meetups are also excluded.
Can I keep access to the training tenant after the cohort ends?
Access ends on the published date to protect the next cohort. Export your workbook and notes before the window closes; we send reminders twice in the final week.
Why do you limit some live labs to eighteen seats?
Shared tenants queue work. Smaller caps keep mentor review cycles predictable. This is a real operational limit, not a marketing gimmick.
Is certification required to benefit from the courses?
No. Many participants seek structured skills first and decide on exams later. Certification prep tracks are labeled clearly when they assume prior knowledge.
How closely do practice questions mirror the real exam?
We write original scenarios inspired by public competency outlines. We do not copy proprietary SAP exam items.
Can procurement teams pay via domestic invoice?
Yes for many corporate cohorts after a lightweight vendor setup. Timelines vary by payer; ask admissions for a realistic calendar.
Do you sign NDAs for custom workshops?
We can sign mutual NDAs for private workshops when project details are sensitive. Standard public syllabus cohorts use general confidentiality rules instead.
What if a typhoon disrupts a Seoul meetup?
We move the in-person block to the next safe weekend and publish updates in the cohort channel within twelve hours. Recorded summaries follow for travelers who cannot reschedule.
Are sessions always in English?
Core instruction is in English with Korean glossaries for key terms. Some office hours rotate bilingual mentors when demand is high.
